The Process

Each Retained position will be managed by a team of two – 1 Researcher/1 Consultant

    1. Consultation Phase - understand your business, role & search strategy
    2. Market Mapping/Headhunt Phase - Researcher commences initial sourcing
    3. Candidate Assessment Phase - Screening, phone & face to face interviews & Assessment
    4. Candidate Shortlisting Phase - Minimum of 3 candidate profiles/Videos submitted with consultant recommendations
    5. Client internal Process - internal interviews & assessments with consultant attendance, if requested
    6. Offer Stage - Full management of offer and closing stages, supporting candidates through resignation and counter-offer process
    7. On-going Support - Full support for client & candidate during on-boarding & probation period
