Our contingent recruitment services offer an alternative offering where a detailed market mapping to source passive talent is not required. Rest assured, even our contingent process is thorough, regardless of sourcing channels used.

We provide Recruitment and Executive Search services with a focus on mid to ‘C’ level search. However, we can support our clients with staff level roles, in combination with other roles – flexibility is key, and we will do our utmost to support you. Rest assured, if we feel we are not the best fit to meet your requirements, then we will tell you.

Our fee structures are aligned to the recruitment methodology, process and level of support you receive. We are not rigid, and we will advise you on the best approach to meet your specific needs, detailing our reasoning. We understand that every client and every search is different – one size does not fit all.

Contingent Search

With our global reach and extensive candidate database, Lawsons Global Recruitment is extremely well positioned to provide you with a quick turnaround in sourcing and assessing exceptional talent for your organisation.

Our sourcing channels include our internal database, our extensive network, job posting across social media and a variety of job boards. The focus on a contingency search is to identify active talent, who meet your specific talent requirements. Regardless of the sourcing channels we use, we will interview all candidates face-to-face or by video call, if location does not permit a meeting in person.

Retained Search

Our retained methodology is used when a client has exhausted all other options in sourcing the right talent for their business or when you require a more extensive, bespoke market mapping/headhunt approach, to source passive talent in the market or talent not on social media or job boards (contrary to popular belief, not all candidates are on Linkedin)!

The Process

Each Retained position will be managed by a team of two – 1 Researcher/1 Consultant

    1. Consultation Phase - understand your business, role & search strategy
    2. Market Mapping/Headhunt Phase - Researcher commences initial sourcing
    3. Candidate Assessment Phase - Screening, phone & face to face interviews & Assessment
    4. Candidate Shortlisting Phase - Minimum of 3 candidate profiles/Videos submitted with consultant recommendations
    5. Client internal Process - internal interviews & assessments with consultant attendance, if requested
    6. Offer Stage - Full management of offer and closing stages, supporting candidates through resignation and counter-offer process
    7. On-going Support - Full support for client & candidate during on-boarding & probation period
